Let's start out with a few things. Maybe you're still in America, anxiously counting down the weeks, hours, minutes and seconds until you're plane leaves for your study abroad experience, OR perhaps you are already here. Regardless, you should be amped and take every second of your experience with a massive smile on your face, because these next few months are INCREDIBLE. Europe is amazing and it has so much to offer, which is part of the reason why we at EuroAdventures are here....we've been in your shoes and now we exist as a company because we want to give you guys and girls, the options to travel as much as you can, for as little as possible.
We do group trips because (surprise) prices are lower as a group than they can be as an individual. This also enhances your experience to meet, party and do activities all over Europe with our awesome staff, as well as with other students from cities like: Florence, Rome, Prague, Barcelona, London, Dublin and more.
Let's jump right into #1
#1 Interlaken, Switzerland (See above photo).
Interlaken is not your ordinary destination...not at all. Known as the adventure sports capital of Europe, this little town is nestled in between two chillingly beautiful lakes. Seriously, the water is more blue than the sky. It's partly because it comes from a glacier, but who cares...it's insanely gorgeous. WIth the Swiss Alps running directly around the town on all sides, Interlaken is a valley, surrounded by 14,000 foot mountains...(key the applause) to make for the perfect backdrop to any photo. It does almost look fake. Now, let's get to the good stuff.
With activities ranging from skiing, snowboarding, snow-shoe trekking, canyon-jumping (Only one of two places you can do it in the world) skydiving, helicopter rides, chocolate fondue tasting, gambling, bungee jumping, shopping, night sledding, ice skating and more, there is no lack of adrenaline here in Switzerland. Euroadventures stays right on the main strip (about a five minute walk) to all of the local outfitters for ski equipment. You can also sign up for any of the activities in our hostel lobby.
This is the perfect first trip BECAUSE: It is relatively cheap (minus some of the activities, see our website for more info) and it absolutely provides the biggest bang for your buck. It is absolutely one of the first trips you should go on.
For under 200 Euros, Interlaken makes for a prime first destination for any study abroad student
Aside from the best Bar Crawl this side of the Atlantic Ocean (EuroAdventures gives the option for a Very VERY Intense Bar Crawl on Friday Night) Prague is easily a gorgeous destination with some of the best street food. It also has notoriously cheap prices on everything. From shopping, to dining out, to partying, to some of Europe's best nightclubs, Prague won't cost you an arm and a leg to ball out.
Not into the partying? That's fine, our tour guides give an extensive four hour historic tour through Prague and all of its main attractions. Telling you everything you need to know building to building, castle to castle. The John Lennon Wall is also extremely famous and an amazing spot to take photos with you and your friends.
Besides there being a Starbucks here in Prague, you have a plethora of options to go to: Here are some of our favorites: Bohemia Bagel (Amazing food, super low prices) Bed Bar (have drinks while you lay down in bed, seriously its awesome) Five Story Club (Yes, different music on every floor including an ice bar) as well as the club Duplex (shaped like an NYC loft 12 stories above Wenceslas Square).
Prague has it all, and if you go, it will feel like a dream. Whether you are a partier, a historian, a shopper, a foodie, or a beer snob, Prague has something for everyone. While it does get cold here (seriously, pack your warm clothes and a camera!) Prague somehow gets even more beautiful in the snow, should you be so lucky to see it.

Why would you not want to party it up on the beaches of Corfu, Greece in hot tubs, at toga parties, on booze cruises and then have another four days in Athens? Our spring break trip to Greece is insane, and it will be the talking point of your semester. From hanging out at beach cafes in the Greek sun, to driving an ATV around the island of Corfu, to 1 euro beers....how can it get any better?
The Pink Palace has notoriously made the top ten party hostels in the world since the 1960's! If you like to have a good time, or would like to attend the best real toga party with hundreds of other fellow backpackers, travelers and students, then The Pink Palace is for you. YAMAS! OPA!
Not to mention Athens is a glimpse into history. From seeing the Parthenon, to the Acropolis and then back down to many of Athens best restaurants, you'll get a true feeling for just how ancient this city is. From the modern day mecca that it is, to the historic Olympic venues which we'll take you to, Athens has a lot to offer.
Did we mention Santorini, Greece? It speaks for itself.
