Going out at night is a fun perk of being abroad in Europe. You can choose to go out literally every single night if you want, since there’s always somewhere to go. And if you’re not 21 yet, you get to experience drinking at bars and clubs. Because nobody uses fake IDs back home, right? ;)
Most bars are chill about what you wear. I mean, most places won’t tell you to leave, but it’s still nice to look put-together.
Clubs could be a different story. Ladies usually need to be dressed for being out to be let in: think dresses, skirts, skinny jeans. If you wear wedges or heels I strongly suggest throwing a pair of roll-up flats or flip flops in your bag for the walk home - trust me on this. Guys are usually asked to be wearing a collared button-down shirt tucked into jeans or pants. This can depend on the city or club you're in, though - but overdressed is always better than under-dressed!
