As exciting as it is to live in a place where the legal age to drink is 16, after my two-day layover in London, I was somewhat over the carnal need to buy every bottle of vodka. Travelling internationally with a hangover changes your perspective drastically. My two weeks in Florence changed my glamorous view of living from a suitcase as the lavish life. However, the hotel we stayed at for my orientation (or should I say my dorm with the way we treated it) was a learning experience within itself. Riding in a car became a luxury, but seeing the beautiful walk to school everyday became a beautiful privilege.
